Creative Mortgage Lending (CML) was originally formed in 2000 as a retail lending operation focusing on sub-prime and niche lending in Southwest Michigan.  Over the years CML has evolved and responded to the difficulties that were experienced working with numerous other non-prime and niche wholesalers by becoming more of a "broker friendly" lender.  CML was built by brokers, for brokers.

Our business plan couples a fresh and aggressive sales approach with a staff of well-diversified industry veterans.  This model was created so our brokers would have a well balanced resource for solving their investor needs while building a business partnership with a group of people who truly want to see their clients grow and succeed!
